Digital Products & Courses

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the sales page.

Refunds are not guaranteed once access is granted.

Community Memberships

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next billing cycle

  • Access remains active through the end of the paid term

Exceptional Circumstances

At our sole discretion, refunds may be considered for:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical access issues not resolved within a reasonable time

Requests must be submitted to service@brilliantlinx.com within 7 days of purchase.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access

  • Permanent account termination
