Community Memberships
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins
You may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next billing cycle
Access remains active through the end of the paid term
Exceptional Circumstances
At our sole discretion, refunds may be considered for:
Duplicate charges
Technical access issues not resolved within a reasonable time

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
